Grapes: 40% Rolle (Vermentino), 35% Sémillon, 25% Clairette
Château Pas du Cerf sits in the hills behind La Londe-les-Maures, where the Mediterranean has a very real influence on the wines. The estate has been in the same family for generations, and today the women of the family are very much at the helm. Diane Blanc is their easy-going Provence white; less famous than the region’s rosé perhaps, but exactly the sort of bottle that makes you wonder why we don't drink more white from the south of France.
The 2025 brings together Rolle (Vermentino), Sémillon and Clairette, three grapes that work particularly well in the Provençal sunshine. It’s made without chasing weight or oak, keeping the emphasis firmly on brightness, aromatics and that all-important refreshing finish.
Think fresh lemon, grapefruit and a little ripe pear, with white flowers and a subtle herbal note in the background. There’s a gentle softness through the middle from the Sémillon, while Rolle and Clairette keep things lively and crisp. This is summer-in-Provence territory: pour it cold with grilled fish, a big seafood salad, goat cheese, or simply something salty while the sun goes down.

- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
