Sourced from Grand Cru vineyards favored by Churchill himself, the wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged nearly a decade on its lees before release. No detail is rushed — the time, texture, and patience that shape every bottle give it an unmistakable gravitas.

The bouquet opens with layers of pear, toasted brioche, hazelnut, and citrus zest. On the palate, richness and tension intertwine — ripe orchard fruit, crème brûlée, and chalky minerality carried by fine, persistent bubbles. The finish is long, elegant, and quietly commanding.
