Château Pas du Cerf is a family estate in La Londe-les-Maures, where the Gualtieri family has been making wine for generations. Today, three sisters are helping shape its future, bringing fresh energy to a domaine with deep roots in Provence. Dames Nature feels like a fitting tribute to that spirit: a rosé that celebrates the estate's Mediterranean home with plenty of personality and charm.
Made from organically grown grapes, Dames Nature takes a thoughtful approach to the classic Provençal rosé. The emphasis is on letting the fruit speak for itself, creating a wine that's fresh and expressive without unnecessary intervention. It's a lovely reminder that rosé can be both wonderfully easy to enjoy and a little more interesting than your average poolside bottle.
Wild strawberry, ripe peach and pink grapefruit meet delicate flowers and a hint of Mediterranean herbs. There's a little more texture than you might expect, balanced by bright acidity and a dry, gently savoury finish. Delicious well chilled, but don't be afraid to bring this one to the dinner table. Grilled prawns, Niçoise salad, roast vegetables or a plate of fresh goat's cheese would all be rather fabulous.
