Château Pas du Cerf is a family-owned estate tucked into the hills of La Londe-les-Maures, just a short distance from the Mediterranean. Run by the Gualtieri family, with the next generation of women now leading the way, the domaine has become one of our favourite discoveries in Provence. Their wines capture everything we love about the region: beautiful fruit, plenty of freshness and a little Mediterranean sunshine in every glass.
Le Merle is a wonderfully approachable expression of Côtes de Provence rosé, made for those moments when a good bottle is all you need to turn an ordinary afternoon into something rather special. The emphasis is on delicate fruit and refreshing acidity, with a dry, easygoing style that's equally happy by the pool or at the dinner table.
Fresh strawberry, white peach and pink grapefruit meet delicate florals and a little citrus zest. Light, crisp and beautifully balanced, with a clean, refreshing finish that makes another glass almost inevitable. Serve well chilled with grilled shrimp, summer salads, fresh seafood or simply a bowl of salty chips. A little taste of Provence, wherever you happen to be.

We regret that the only products we can accept for return are faulty goods where we will provide a like-for-like replacement.
- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customer’s expense.
