From the Loire Valley, Domaine Didier Dagueneau is one of the defining names in modern Sauvignon Blanc, known for precision, low yields, and an uncompromising focus on site. Now guided by the Dagueneau family, the estate continues to produce wines of clarity, tension, and unmistakable character.
“Blanc Etc” draws from multiple vineyard sites, offering a broader, more immediate expression of the domaine’s style. Fermented with native yeasts and aged on its lees, the wine is handled with the same care as the top cuvées, with an emphasis on purity and balance rather than overt richness.
Focused and finely cut, it shows notes of citrus peel, green apple, and fresh herbs, with a subtle smokey, flinty edge. The palate is crisp and energetic, driven by bright acidity and a mineral backbone that carries through a clean, persistent finish. A natural match for shellfish, goat cheese, or simple grilled fish.
