On the sun-warmed slopes of the Côtes-Catalanes in Roussillon, the Cazes family delivers a Vermentino that balances freshness with character. Their “Rolle in Stone” expresses the cool sea breezes, shimmering minerals and Mediterranean light in a glass.

The wine is gently pressed, fermented in stainless steel, and bottled early to capture its brightness and tension rather than overly ripe richness. The focus is on purity of fruit and vineyard expression—not dramatic extraction.

Aromas of white peach, acacia flower and lemon zest open the glass. On the palate, citrus and subtle stonefruit ride along a vivid seam of minerality and saline lift.
