From the legendary domaine of François Raveneau comes a rare interpretation of Petit Chablis — a tier below his famed Premier and Grand Cru holdings, yet charged with the same commitment to purity and site. This 2023 vintage stems from younger vines planted near the Grand Cru slopes, their energy harnessed with Raveneau’s trademark restraint and precision.

Fermented with native yeasts and matured in older barrels and stainless steel, the wine receives minimal intervention so that freshness and mineral clarity remain front and centre. No new oak, no masking of site—the vineyard does the talking.

In the glass, you’ll find fresh aromas of green apple, pear skin and hawthorn blossom, followed by hints of crushed oyster shell and slate. The palate is bright and lean, citrus-zested and chalk-lined, with a cool saline streak and a brisk, clean finish. A refreshing white to enjoy now with oysters, garden salads or simply chilled on its own.
