Domaine Gueguen is in the hamlet of Préhy, just 4 miles southwest of Chablis. Céline and Frédéric Gueguen gained experience working in large family wine estates in Chablis for 15 years before setting up their estate in January 2013. Their viticultural techniques prioritize the care of the environment and preserving the aromatic complexity of their wines.
The grapes are machine-harvested and 100% destemmed, followed by pressing with a pneumatic press. Indigenous yeast is utilized for both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks over a period of 15-28 days. The wine undergoes a 10-month aging process on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
Pale gold color in the glass. The nose combines notes of apple, pear and acacia blossom. On the palate, this wine is vibrant medium-bodied wine, with a great balance and a lovely lemon and mineral finish.

- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
