Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir

In the cool uplands of Sancerre, the Neveu family continues a multi-generation tradition of crafting wines that pair freshness with minerality. Their rosé, drawn purely from Pinot Noir, is a subtle but confident departure from the region’s famed Sauvignon Blancs: crisp, lively, and rooted in stony terroir.

The fruit is pressed quickly after harvest and vinified with minimal maceration to preserve clarity. Fermentation proceeds in stainless steel, allowing the soil’s chalk and silex imprint to shine through rather than oak or excess extraction. The result is rosé of vivid energy and refined simplicity.

On the nose: watermelon rind, white cherry and a faint hint of blood orange. The palate is lean and textured — red berry lift tempered by chalky minerality and bright acidity, carrying into a clean finish of saline length.
