Grapes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

François graduated from the famous enology school in Beaune, France. After school, he cut his teeth by working at Domaine Bruno Clair, then took over his father’s winery not too long ago and has been turning heads everywhere, first in France and now here. He is one of the first to pick in Sancerre so the acidity of his wines range.

This is fabulous Sancerre. The nose is lifted and precise, with notes of lemon zest, green apple, and white blossom, underscored by a faint flinty edge. On the palate, citrus and orchard fruit glide across a firm line of acidity, with subtle herbal tones and saline minerality adding depth. The texture is sleek and focused, finishing dry, clean, and refreshingly long.
