Grapes: 100% Aligoté
The Chezeaux domaine is a true father-and-daughter team, with Jérôme’s dynamic and enthusiastic daughter Lyse employed full-time since 2019. Lyse has spearheaded the creation of several new single-vineyard bottlings, thereby expanding the domaine’s already formidable representation of these special southern-Côte-de-Nuits terroirs.
Chezeaux owns a small 0.8-hectare parcel of Aligoté vines spread over three plots along the cool edge of the forest above the village of Prémeaux-Prissey: Aux Petit Creussote (planted with 60 years old vines), Combe Guyot (40 years old) and La Fouche (20 years old). Never one to overemphasize richness in his wines, Jérome produces an Aligoté of ample cut, its flinty core laced with subtle white-flower accents and bright citrus fruit. Only stainless steel is employed in the vinification and aging of this zesty cuvée.

- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customer’s expense.
