Grapes: 50% Carignan, 30% Grenache, 20% Syrah
From one of the most up and coming winemakers in France, this is what you get when you take big grapes and ferment them by carbonic maceration to make something light, fresh and delicious. Whole cluster fermented and aged in a combination of steel and oak gives a wine that is zippy and energetic with bright red fruit with a touch of spice and pepper on the back of the palate.
