Native yeast fermentation with gentle extraction to retain freshness and harmonious tannins. The wine is aged in neutral vessels to preserve pure fruit character and terroir expression. Minimal sulfur and no fining or filtration underscore a natural, expressive profile.
This drinks like a mix of Beaujolais and Nebbiolo; bright red and savory. Aromas of wild cherry, cranberry, Mediterranean herbs, and subtle spice open to a palate of red fruit, fine tannins, and vibrant acidity. There’s a compelling saline edge and earthy undertone, finishing long with energy and focus.

- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
