The “White Label” Cabernet is Sinegal’s modern Sonoma signature — refined, approachable, and carefully composed. The 2022 vintage shows generous fruit framed by restraint, capturing the elegance of Sonoma Cabernet without sacrificing depth.
Fermented in small lots and aged in French oak, the wine emphasizes polish over power. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and cassis open into notes of cedar, graphite, and subtle baking spice. On the palate, it’s smooth and layered — dark fruit and cocoa wrapped in fine tannins, carried by fresh acidity through a long, balanced finish.
