Himmelreich translates to 'kingdom of heaven', and can be thought of as Ulli Stein's Consider this Steinâs Grand Cru offering. Made from 80 year old vines grown on a gravity defying steep slope vineyard, this (barely) off-dry Riesling shows the very best of what the Mosel can offer. Defined minerality, stunning aromatics and very precise acidity all come together in this, possibly our favorite ever Riesling.
