Shaped by the climatic extremes of Northern Mexico’s little-explored highlands, this icon of the Mezcal world possesses a singular richness mirrored by its striking decanter.
Mezcal Clase Azul is created using 100% Cenzino Agave, which grows wild in the state of Durango. The region, known for extreme climate, mineral-rich soil and local natural springs, contributes to the powerful and complex profile that differentiates our mezcal from those produced in the rest of Mexico.
The underground baking process produces sweet notes of peanut, brown sugar, honey, ash, wood and chocolate. The fermentation process using stone piles and red oak, contribute to notes of ripened fruit.

- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customer’s expense.
