Don Fulano is a family affair, produced by the Fonseca family in the highlands of Jalisco, where they've been growing agave for generations. Unlike many tequila brands that leave production to someone else, the family controls everything from the fields to the bottle. The result is tequila with a real sense of identity, made for people who appreciate what agave can taste like when it's given the attention it deserves, and with zero additives.
Their Blanco is unaged, allowing the character of the highland agave to take centre stage. Traditional cooking, careful fermentation and distillation bring out the natural complexity of the plant, creating a spirit with plenty of personality and none of the sweetness or oak influence found in aged expressions.
Fresh citrus, green herbs and a little white pepper meet the earthy sweetness of cooked agave. There's a lovely richness to the texture, balanced by a lively, almost mineral freshness and a long, gently spicy finish. Absolutely delicious in a Margarita, but we'd encourage you to try it neat first.

- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
