Tetramythos Winery is a forward-thinking estate in the Peloponnese focused on organic and biodynamic viticulture. Whole clusters are gently pressed, and fermentation begins spontaneously with native yeasts in stainless steel and neutral vessels. The wine is made with zero additions — no sulfur, no cultured yeasts, no fining, and no filtration — a true “nature wine” in every sense. Extended skin contact for part of the fermentation adds texture and phenolic complexity without heaviness.

The nose offers lifted notes of green apple, white peach, citrus zest, and wild herbs. On the palate, crisp acidity drives flavors of lemon curd, pear, and saline minerality, with subtle tea-leaf and herbaceous undertones from skin contact. Texture is lively and tactile, finishing long with a touch of savory spice.
