The Tornatore family has farmed Etna’s northern slopes for generations. Today the estate is one of the region’s most respected producers, known for capturing the elegance and energy that make Etna one of Italy’s most exciting wine regions.
Grown on the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna. High elevations, dramatic day-night temperature swings, and mineral-rich lava soils give the grapes remarkable freshness and aromatic lift. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in large neutral oak to highlight purity, balance, and Etna’s distinctive volcanic character.
Bright and lifted with flavors of wild cherry, red berries, dried herbs, and a subtle smoky mineral note. Elegant tannins and vibrant acidity make it incredibly food-friendly.
