“Les Marnes” shows the Loire’s lighter, more lifted side of Pinot Noir — fragrant, supple, and quietly structured. It’s a wine that favors transparency over weight, letting soil and acidity shape the expression rather than oak or extraction.
The nose opens with red cherry, cranberry, and rose petal, followed by subtle notes of dried herbs and a faint earthy edge. On the palate, bright red fruit meets fine tannins and lively acidity, giving the wine a graceful line and gentle persistence. The finish is fresh and lightly savory, leaving a clean impression of fruit and mineral nuance.
