Yuu Baal’s Joven Espadín is mezcal in its purest form — a direct expression of agave, smoke, and time. Crafted by a cooperative of mezcaleros across Oaxaca, it honors generations of knowledge distilled into a clean, vibrant spirit that’s as honest as the land itself.
After roasting, the agave hearts are stone-crushed by tahona, naturally fermented in open-air wooden vats, and double-distilled in small copper stills. The result is a mezcal that balances clarity and character — bright, smoky, and endlessly drinkable.
Aromas of roasted agave, citrus zest, and soft smoke lead into a palate of white pepper, green herbs, and earthy minerality. The texture is smooth but alive, finishing long with notes of ash, lime, and a hint of sweetness.
